i don't remember if i predicted anything but. it feels like i haven't written shit this year even though numbers say it's technically my second most productive? idk

HANNIBAL. everything pales to hannibal honestly
edit: just realized i never read the end of that question - i actually got into about five billion new fandoms but currently cravity take the cake <3 every day i am one step closer to opening a doc and crying about them in it

i think my best story this year is a journey forward but my favorite are the silly little ficlets in a day in the life

eh. fics grow old, they did good in their time

sure. wrote hannibal lol. also a bit more porn? also about a thousand fests? which were a risk to my sanity more than anything

was anything ever fun to write? but probably the first few parts of a day in the life

fucking hell fractal patterns i had a legitimate calendar with music show performances from two years ago

🔥 Story with the single sexiest moment:
im assuming breaking seonghwa's arm and ribs in a journey forward doesn't count. probably the e'last kid tying soobin up in a mubank dressing room in fractal patterns

🍩 Story with the single cutest/sweetest moment:
soogyu reciting their vows in bed at ass o'clock in the morning bc beomgyu got pneumonia and was too sick for his own wedding (in sickness and in health)

😶 Most “holy crap, that’s wrong, even for you” story:
...............also not breaking seonghwa's arms and ribs. i think maybe hyungu setting fire to his house so he can kill his friends and himself (ablaze)

fluttering, although the story happened because of the shift. but ig it solidified it

the real hardest story never saw the light of day. ig second hardest was cherry red

It’s not a beginning, but Soobin figures it doesn’t have to be, for a path to feel like the right direction.

Soobin doubts he’ll ever meet Beomgyu again. Just in case he does, Soobin vows to make sure Beomgyu knows his name before he’s allowed anywhere near his dick.

He can’t admit to not knowing my name if he can’t talk, Soobin reasons.
a day in the life part 3 (this was caused by soobin shoving a band tshirt in beomgyu's mouth, which later kai begged off soobin's person bc he's a fan of beomgyu's band. which. it's one of my fav scenes this year, i laughed as i wrote it)

“Our dear captain,” San says eventually, voice still winded, “went and almost got himself taken by a siren.”

✿ Looking back at 2022: ✿
lol ig technically i broke my fest record? i think i did... 15 this year? that was fun but i also kind of broke myself, so that wasn't very fun. made me realize that i can sign up for 25 fests and finish them, probably, but is it really worth it when i hate all everything in the end? to be fair, it wasn't just the fests' fault, not even close, and i definitely didn't stretch myself as much as i did in 2019 but. well. idk, i'm proud that i did it, time for a break now.

oh!!! and i finally managed to do the thing where i post something every month!! that made me very happy



✿ Fic-writing goals for 2023: ✿
be kinder to myself? which is a weird answer considering this is a fic writing question, but i tend to put so many expectations on myself, and i'd like them to be less. 2022 killed a lot of the happy i got from writing and fic in general, and i really want to have it back, thanks
